Sonia Choquette is a world-renowned intuitive and spiritual teacher who specializes in helping others recognize that we are all endowed with a sixth sense that we can count on. A masterful teacher committed to strengthening intuition in our daily lives, she is the best-selling author of ten books and numerous audio editions.
A highly trained intuitive, with an extensive background in the mysticism of East and West, Sonia was educated at the University of Denver and at the Sorbonne in Paris, France, and holds a Ph.D. in metaphysics. She is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council and is the host of her weekly radio show, Six Sensory Living.
Sonia says, “I am intuitive because I was encouraged at all times to be awake, aware, and guided by my sixth sense. I grew up in an environment that treated intuition not only as natural, but actually essential to successful navigation in life. Intuition is a gift that we all have, that we can all experience, that we can all trust and that we all need!”.
In working with people for more than 32 years of almost daily one-on-one private consultations, Sonia insists that the sixth sense is natural to us all. Because of her unique gifts, Sonia’s expertise is sought throughout the world, helping both individuals and organizations dramatically improve their experience and abilities to perform at optimal levels through empowerment and transformation.
Sonia’s extensive background in intuitive guidance began as early as 12 years of age. It was at this young age that she established her unwavering integrity, and continued following along this guided path to help other people find their truest selves through the development of intuition. Sonia travels extensively lecturing and conducting workshops for thousands of grateful clients every year. Her philanthropic work has brought her workshops to South Africa, through her publisher Hay House, which helped Sonia set up organizational collaborations with Nurturing Orphans with AIDS for Humanity (NOAH), in addition to charity work and fundraising throughout the United States.
In 2012 Sonia was awarded the Leader of the Year by the Global Holistic Psychology Association and the award for Exceptional Human Service by the 1st Global Parliament of Human Spirituality in Hyderabad, India.
